With work featured in Romantic Homes, This Old House, Midwest Living and many more, Laurie Whitaker has over 30 years’ experience in design and construction. With great respect for old houses, she and her husband moved seven historic structures to new locations, restored and sold them, then bought vacant land and built two nationally recognized subdivisions filled with masterpiece custom historic homes – with all the character and charm of the old, but with open, inviting, updated interiors.
Relocating to Southern California from Kansas City in 2006 to help their grown children with their careers in entertainment, Laurie has since designed and selected products for over 300 bathrooms, kitchens and whole house remodels for a long list of happy clients.
